Concept physical definition of mechanical and avionic systems installations, electrical installations, circuits, PCB’s, looms and general detail drawing of aircraft structures. CAD platforms utilised for Design include CATIA V4 and V5, Pro/Engineer, SDRC I-DEAS, Unigraphics, Bentley Microstation and AutoCAD. Structural dynamic assessments are conducted via Stress analysis, Fatigue analysis, Weight analysis, Structural analysis, Fracture mechanics, Fatigue monitoring, materials analysis, Structural computing, Vibration analysis, Dynamics, Acoustics and Finite Element Analysis in assessing the response of aircraft and structural components to imposed loadings and the prediction of air vehicle mass and inertia’s.
